Write to yourself about one thing you wish you could change in this world.


Dear Hui Ying,
Ever since you were young, you wondered about the world. You wanted to travel to every single country and look at everything that was surrounding you. You wanted to spend countless hours staring out in the wilderness and not be affected by anything. You wanted to be free to wander around and not be bound to anything.
If there was anything I wish to change, I wish it was the fact that there is a place labelled house. If there wasn't a house, you would be able to wander around and go to a different place every day to spend the day there. Without a house, there wouldn't be a space where you have to return to at the end of everyday, looking at the same surroundings.
If there wasn't a house, people will start appreciating the concept called home. Home is where your loved ones are but it is commonly mistaken as a house. Without a house, anywhere with the people you love is called home. Even if one ends up sleeping on the streets, as long as he is with his loved ones, that place is called home.
Without a house, the world will not necessarily be a better place but the relationship between people in the same family will definitely be better.
