Don't be a perfectionist for someone else. Don't do things just to attract attention. It will never work out. People expected things like that from you, you are just sort of meeting up to their standards. It will always be like that. There will never be once when they will finally realize that you have done something beyond their expectation. Just live your life as it is. Don't do things for the sake of others 'cause oneday, it will just come slapping you across your face. Fight the battle for your own sake or back down forever. Don't do things you will regret.
